Disability & Mental Health Support Work
Personalised, strengths-based service combining community support work with equine, pet and art therapy, capacity building, and pathways into work or business - always at your pace.
Care That Builds Confidence.
Personal care is deeply personal. When delivered with respect and empathy, it becomes an act of self-love rather than something to endure. Supporting hygiene, routines, and daily care can restore confidence, dignity, and a sense of control - especially during periods of mental health challenge or reduced capacity.
True support honours choice, consent, and pace. Confidence grows when people feel safe, respected, and capable within their own bodies and routines.
Michelle's personal story:
During periods of poor mental health, I struggled with basic self-care. Shame often made it harder. I learned how powerful compassionate support can be - support that never rushed or judged. That experience now shapes how I offer care: gently, respectfully, and always with dignity at the centre.
